1934 Ford Sedan built period correct from a Colorado barn find.
This car won the Real McCoy award from Goodguys in 2013 in Del Mar Calif.
Custom ‘Patina look’ paint job – not primer.
Cowl vent and soft top in place on the roof. Ford Commercial headlamps with internal turn indicators. Out back are 1939 Chevy taillights.
Moon fuel tank, 2 gallon (Cosmetic only, in front of lower grill).
Original style gas tank, 11 gallons (under rear of car). Custom rear steel bumper.
Instrumentation includes Classic Instruments electrical Speedometer, a Sun Tach, and Auto Meter Fuel, Volts, Oil Pressure, and Water Temp gauges.
Engine is a 1964 Buick Nail head 401 ci V8, with approximately 9,500 miles.
It is equipped with Edelbrock chrome 500cfm carbs on an Edelbrock chrome 2x4 intake, and Edelbrock polished finned aluminum valve covers. Also, a Kenny Bell mild Hyd cam & kit, Sanderson headers and a reworked Delco distributor w/Petronix module.
To keep cool, a Walker radiator w/shroud and overflow tank.
Transmission is a GM TH400 Automatic.
Front suspension is a Dago dropped Ford solid front axle with single transverse leaf spring and 12" x 2 1/4" Buick finned aluminum drum brakes.
Rear suspension is an early Ford 9" w/3.55 gear ratio (added in 2014) with coil over shocks and drum brakes. Standard dual master cylinder.
15" rims and tires
Front diamondback radial 185x80x15 w/whitewall inside and outside.
Rear Diamondback radial 265x75x15 w/whitewall on outside only.
Comes with a spare Buick 425 Nail head engine core (long block) and a fresh TH400 transmission, along with many spare parts. Starters, gaskets set, fuel pumps, Etc.
