We bought it brand new in July of 2021 in Ellensburg Washington from a dealer (Canopy Country). We have owned it for about 14 months now. It has only been towed 1 time when they delivered it to our property. Has not moved since, so tires are still brand new. Everything on the trailer works like brand new. Nothing is broken and have had zero mechanical issues. Leather couches have zero wear and tear, no scratches or rips. No dings or dents in walls or trim. This trailer is honestly still like brand new. No fading on the exterior color. Can include power cord, jack pads, and other extras included. This unit has a washer/ dryer unit added to it as well. The BBQ grill on the back has never been touched or used.
