2021 Alpin Haus “Park Model”
Made by Keystone RV company. This is the “Residence, 40’ LOFT” model.
We purchased this camper 3 years ago, previous owner bought it and parked it but never used it so it was brand new when we bought it (still had plastic on glass and fridge, etc.)
The camper is in excellent condition, has been parked on blacktop surface.
You read it right; it has an upstairs with entertainment cabinets and TV! Perfect place for guest or kids to sleep.
• 3 slide outs (main living / dinning room, kitchen / entertainment area, and master bedroom).
• King size bed in master bedroom with lots of storage cabinets. Bed lifts up on shocks and is wide open for more storage. Closet in master bedroom has hookups for washer & dryer(stackable kind) or just use as a closet.
• Center island kitchen sink with tons of drawers and cabinets
• Full Bathroom with porcelain toilet, huge shower, lots of cabinets.
• Propane / electric hot water heater (new electric element in 2023)
• Full size refrigerator (bi-fold doors) with 2 slide out freezer drawers

We have taken extremely good care of this Park Model camper. There is nothing in need of repair. We just built a new home where the camper was parked so we have NO need for it anymore. We just want it gone so we can enjoy our new home and let someone else enjoy this pristine version of a camper.
